Dry first week of Jan complete ✅

Now for some loaded nachos and a delicious glass of Vallisto Criolla from the Calchaqui Valley 😃

🍇 The Criolla grape was first planted in Argentina in the 16th century and it has thrived in the extreme growing conditions in this northern part of Argentina, where rainfall is low and the soil has high salinity.

The grape typically produces a light, soft and very approachable red wine, full of crunchy red apple, cherries and some delicate floral notes. The Vallisto is up there with some of the best Criolla we've tried. Hints of wild cherry and pomegranate are followed by a light yet silky finish.

Lovely little red to start 2022 🍷
