Fresh Argentinian Fizz from the Andean Foothills

Ever tried Argentinian Sparkling Wine?

As a country dominated by red wine, you never really think of Argentinian sparkling wine, but the Andean foothills offer the perfect growing environment for the production of quality sparkling wine. At 1400 metres above sea level, cool nights and warm days enable Kaiken's Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes to ripen while also retaining fresh acidity.

Kaiken's Brut Sparkling is made in the Traditional Method, so secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle, producing a richer texture and creamy mouthfeel. Expect aromas of green apple, pear and stone fruit with a gentle toasty finish. Superb value at £15.99!

Winemaker: Aurelio Montes

Aurelio Montes, founder and winemaker of Bodega Montes is Chile, realised the potential of the Mendoza wine growing region in 2000, describing it as ‘a superb land filled with generous wines and hardworking people’. Kaiken Wines was born in 2001 and today boasts superb vineyards in the sought-after regions of Vistalba, Agrelo and Vista Flores.
