Angulo Innocenti
Angulo Innocenti epitomizes the small family producer, and the story is wonderful. Two European vinegrowers, Pedro Angulo and Angel Innocenti, 19th century immigrants from the Basque country and Tuscany respectively, who moved to Argentina with thousands of other European settlers to plant their vines and carve out a living in the vast, dry plains of Mendoza. Now in the hands of the 4th generation, the family's vineyards at Finca Piedras Blancas (White Stones Farm) are in the very special terroir of La Consulta in the Uco Valley at around 1,050 metres above sea level.
