Established in the late 19th century by José Fortunato Lavaque , Finca Quara is still very much a family run winery. Its 840 acres of vineyards, located in the Cafayate Valley in Salta, are spread across altitudes of 1500 – 2000 metres above sea level, offering excellent growing conditions for expressive fruit.
