A cracking selection of reds and whites from across Chile, Uruguay and Argentina. As well as a range of familiar varietals, such as Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Carmenere, we've also included an Old Vine Pais from Bouchon Family Wines. The Pais grape has played a prominent role in the Chilean wine industry and the Bouchon Pais is made from 100-year-old Gobelet vines planted in the dry-farmed, coastal region of Maule. The nose is bursting with wild strawberry and cherry flavours with a touch of herbs and spice. The palate is light and fruit driven with refreshing acidity. Try chilled with lunch over the summer!
